Our recent solar PV installation at their facility in Inchinnan, Scotland, is a testament to our expertise in delivering bespoke renewable energy solutions tailored to industrial needs.

Bray Controls required a robust, energy-efficient solution to power their operations while reducing their carbon footprint. Emtec Energy delivered a 207.7kWp roof mounted solar PV system featuring 466 JA Solar 435W panels and two Solis inverters. The system is designed to generate approximately 173,529 kWh of clean energy annually, significantly reducing energy costs and reliance on grid power.

One of the key challenges was integrating the system with Bray Controls’ existing operations without disrupting their workflow. Our engineering team worked closely with their on-site team, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth transition to renewable energy. The system’s design aligns with their energy demands, maximising efficiency and cost savings.

By switching to solar power, Bray Controls is set to reduce their carbon emissions by 47,593 kg each year. This significant reduction not only cuts operational costs but also reinforces their commitment to a greener future, aligning with broader Net Zero targets. This project highlights the growing importance of renewable energy in the industrial sector, with businesses like Bray Controls leading the way in adopting cleaner technologies and setting a standard for others to follow.
